Terms of Service

Welcome to properai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

properai provides a platform for real estate professionals to visualize properties in real-world 3D map environments, create media assets, and share listings. Our Service leverages Google Maps JavaScript API and Photorealistic 3D Tiles. Use of our platform is subject to both our Terms and the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Payments and API Request Usage

Billing is based on prepaid API request packs. Each pack is valid for 6 months. You may monitor your request usage via your dashboard.

• If you exceed your request balance, additional usage will be counted but not charged until your next pack purchase.
• Failure to purchase a new pack within 14 days of exceeding your limit may result in account suspension.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the pack has been used. To request a refund, contact info@properai.pro.

5. User Content

You retain rights to any 3D models, images, and property data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Interfere with the platform or overload its infrastructure
• Misuse the Google Maps or 3D API features in ways prohibited by Google

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the platform, excluding user content, is owned by 3D RealMap Tools or its licensors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where our business is registered (currently: Spain).
